Entrepreneurial Services

The West Virginia High Technology Consortium Foundation’s INNOVA program provides start-up and business support services, makes seed and early-stage investments, and provides entrepreneurial training to technology-based firms. West Virginia also has a number of other organizations that assist entrepreneurs and small businesses. West Virginia has a small cadre of service providers — law firms, accounting firms, venture capital firms — with staff experienced in working with entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
